By adding, using, or interacting with the Wardrill Discord bot (the "Bot") in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. FoxShift LLC ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The Wardrill Bot is an unofficial companion tool for Warhammer 40,000 players on Discord. It provides features such as rules lookups, datasheet information, and other game-related utilities. The Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Games Workshop Limited.
You may use the Bot in any Discord server where you have permission to add bots. The Bot is provided for personal, non-commercial use in the context of Warhammer 40,000 gameplay and community discussion.
You agree not to: abuse, spam, or overload the Bot with excessive requests; attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the Bot; use the Bot to harass other users or violate Discord's Terms of Service; use the Bot for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission; or attempt to access data or functionality not intended for your use.
Warhammer 40,000 and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Games Workshop Limited. The Bot uses Games Workshop content under fair use for educational and fan tool purposes only. The Bot's original code and design are owned by FoxShift LLC.
If the Bot provides AI-generated responses (such as rules interpretations), these are provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. AI-generated rulings are not official Games Workshop interpretations and should not be the sole basis for tournament decisions. Always consult official rules and FAQs.
We strive to keep the Bot operational but do not guarantee uptime or availability. The Bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to discontinue the Bot at any time.
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FOXSHIFT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may restrict or block access to the Bot for any user or server that violates these Terms or abuses the service, without prior notice.
Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Bot Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
