FoxShift LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Wardrill Discord bot (the "Bot"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Bot accesses, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
The Bot accesses only the minimum information required to function within Discord servers:
Message Content
When you interact with the Bot via commands or mentions, the Bot reads the content of those specific messages to process your request. The Bot does not read or store messages that are not directed to it.
Discord User Information
The Bot may access your Discord user ID, username, and server nickname to identify you within command interactions. This information is used solely for responding to your requests and is not stored permanently.
Server Information
The Bot accesses the server (guild) ID and channel ID to deliver responses in the correct location. No server configuration data, roles, or member lists are collected.
The Bot does not collect or store: direct messages (unless the Bot is explicitly messaged), message history or logs, voice channel data, email addresses, IP addresses, files or attachments, or any data from channels the Bot is not invoked in.
Information accessed by the Bot is used exclusively to process and respond to your commands in real time. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering the Bot's functionality.
The Bot processes commands in real time and does not maintain a persistent database of user interactions. Command inputs are not logged or stored after the response is delivered. Any temporary data held in memory during command processing is discarded immediately after the response is sent.
Discord — The Bot operates on the Discord platform. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Anthropic Claude API — If the Bot uses AI features to answer rules questions, your command text may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. No personally identifiable information (such as your Discord ID or username) is included in these API calls. Anthropic's data practices are governed by their terms of service.
The Bot is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 through the Bot.
Since the Bot does not store personal data persistently, there is typically no data to request deletion of. If you have concerns about your data, contact us at privacy@wardrill.app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
